To Serve Mankind
St. John is a quasi military organization, and is comprised of an association and a brigade.
It is a non-profit organization, so it relies or volunteer support in order to operate. Although St. John is in 40 countries worldwide, each branch is independent and self-supporting.
Not only does St. John provide valuable medical instruction to the public, but it also provides an ambulance service designed to cover public events free of charge.
People who are involved with the Brigade can advance up the ladder of rank, even as far as commissioner if they so chose.
St. John is a member of the Emergency Measures Organization (EMO).

How Do we Raise Funds?
80% of the Brigade’s Budget is raised from the community. As a consequence we must be very stringent in the purchase of supplies and equipment.
We encourage the Brigade volunteers as well as our Board members to be actively involved in Fundraising. We have formed a Fundraising Committee to assist us in various fundraising projects.
Our yearly Tag Days are important in our Fundraising effort. We also mail out request donation requests to the community.
